Free registration for visitors is now open for the next edition of the Marketing Festival trade fair, which will take place on September 17–18, 2025, at EXPO XXI Warsaw.

The event will feature representatives from across the broad advertising sector – suppliers of promotional products, representatives of advertising printing, and POS manufacturers. The Marketing Festival has become a permanent fixture in marketers’ September calendars.

"As every year, entry to the fair is reserved exclusively for industry professionals. For both us and our clients, the quality of contacts is more important than their quantity. That's why we place great emphasis on visitor selection, verify each registration, and reserve the right to deny entry to individuals not associated with the advertising industry," says Monika Opałka, Sales Director at OOH magazine.

As tradition dictates, several competitions will be held during the fair:

SUPER GIFT – an industry competition highlighting promotional products showcased at the fair that stand out for their functionality and innovative design. Voting takes place in 7 categories / price ranges (up to PLN 5, PLN 5–20, PLN 20–50, PLN 50–100, above PLN 100), as well as in the GIFT BOX and Super Business Gift categories – for the best promotional item for managers. Voting will take place during the fair and – new this year – online one week before the event.

Golden Medal of the Festival – a competition for exhibitors of the advertising and printing fair to submit innovative products, machines, and software that they will present during the event.

POS STARS – a competition for the best advertising display. Entries can be submitted in 18 categories: Beverages, Food, Alcohol, Cosmetics, Electronics, Cardboard Displays, Counter Displays, Shelf Decoration, Automotive, Digital POS, Design of the Year, Industry, Pharmacy, POS EVENT, Kids, Entertainment, Safety, PETS POS. A jury will vote, but visitors will also be able to select their favorites (Audience Award), and – as with SUPER GIFT – there will be an additional online voting option.

The Marketing Festival is an international event. Foreign guests attend from countries including the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Spain, Finland, Germany, and many others. Last year, the fair welcomed nearly 3,000 visitors and 220 exhibitors.
