Polish Chamber of Promotional Products investigates the promotional articles industry.

The Polish Chamber of Promotional Products (PIAP) conducted research on the promotional products industry in Poland and published two reports: 'The Condition of the Promotional Products Industry in Poland' and 'Promotional Gifts as a Marketing Tool.' These are the first studies dedicated entirely to the promotional products industry in Poland.

The research was conducted among participants in the BTL advertising market and aimed to thoroughly examine the condition of the promotional products industry in Poland over the past two years. The reports present the current state of the market and identify key problems and challenges that the industry must face in the context of economic and political changes. Additionally, the benefits and impact of promotional products on effective marketing activities were discussed, along with market trends and expectations of marketers planning marketing campaigns.

"Our research initiative aimed to provide reliable information about the condition of the promotional products industry in Poland. We hope that both reports will be a valuable source of knowledge for entrepreneurs, their clients, and all those interested in the dynamic development of this market sector." – Paweł Wielkopolan, Director of the Board Office of the Polish Chamber of Promotional Products.

The research was conducted by the research-technological firm SoftArchitect on behalf of PIAP from September 24 to October 6, 2023, using an empathic survey (Onfly EQ). The research sample (N=69) included representatives from advertising agencies, manufacturers, importers, and their subcontractors. The complete reports can be downloaded from the Polish Chamber of Promotional Products website. (link to the reports)
