PIAP Café – A Meeting Point for the Industry. PROMO SHOW 2026 Recap – Photo Gallery
PROMO SHOW trade fair in Warsaw (February 11–12) once again proved that the promotional products industry thrives best when people meet face to face. For the Polish Chamber of Promotional Products (PIAP), it was an intense and inspiring time filled with meaningful conversations — exactly what we expect from the most important industry events in the country.
After these two days, we can confidently say we had a truly fruitful trade fair.
A Booth Where Conversations Never Stopped
From the very first hours, the PIAP booth was buzzing. We chose a simple yet effective idea - great coffee as a conversation starter. It turned out that PIAP Café was a perfect choice.
Members attending the fair, new and potential Chamber members, exhibitors, and representatives of agencies and advertising companies all gathered around a shared table, coffee in hand, to discuss plans, challenges, and the future direction of the industry.
Networking was not just a buzzword. These were real conversations about cooperation, trends, market needs, and the actual challenges faced by companies operating in the promotional products sector.
The Entire Board On Deck
With such a high number of visitors, it quickly became clear that all hands were needed on deck.
The entire PIAP Board was actively present at the booth:
Michał Matwiejczyk, Monika Witt, Maciej Maćkowiak, Zbigniew Grzeszczuk, Paweł Ślusarz, Kamil Kalicki, and Andrzej Klimek.
Their presence and engagement made it possible to conduct dozens of conversations — both with existing members and with companies considering joining PIAP. Moments like these highlight the importance of direct relationships and accessibility.
Gift Packs, Catalog and Other Giveaways
In addition to coffee, we prepared valuable materials for visitors:
The catalog attracted significant interest — for many visitors, it served as a practical guide to companies and solutions available in our industry. The doughnuts, served on Fat Thursday (which fell on the second day of the fair), perfectly complemented the coffee and added a festive touch.
Thank You for Being There
We sincerely thank all member companies who visited us, even if only for a moment. Every meeting provides valuable feedback that we take into account when planning the Chamber’s future activities.
We also extend our thanks to the OOH magazine team for their cooperation at the booth and — as always — for the professional organization of the trade fair.
PROMO SHOW 2026 confirmed one thing: the advertising industry needs space for conversation, exchange of experience, and collective problem-solving. We are proud to have been part of these two intensive days.
We are already counting down the days to our next opportunity to meet in person.
See you live! 🤝
