Mobile Trends Conference Celebrates 15 Years. The Tech Industry Meets in Kraków

Kraków, March 26–27, 2026. Fifteen years of history. Twenty-five editions. One of the most important technology and business conferences in Poland.

Since 2012, the Mobile Trends Conference has consistently built a space for dialogue between the world of new technologies and real business challenges. The anniversary 25th edition, taking place in March in Kraków and online, is not only a symbolic moment of reflection, but also an attempt to answer the question of how to responsibly develop the digital economy in the era of artificial intelligence and increasing automation.

Over two days, more than 70 speakers representing various areas of the market will take the stage—from AI and UX, through marketing, e-commerce, and fintech, to security and management in times of intensive transformation.

Artificial Intelligence: Between Promise and Reality

Artificial intelligence will be one of the strongest and most recurring themes of the anniversary edition. Among the many AI-focused talks, there will be both critical perspectives and analyses of practical implementations.

Jakub Góral, in his talk “It Was Supposed to Cure Cancer, but We Got Funny Videos Instead,” will address the gap between societal expectations of AI and its actual impact on business and communication. This perspective will be complemented by Dr. Maciej Kawecki, who will highlight the limitations of current models and the challenges facing the development of AI.

At the same time, Artur Kurasiński will demonstrate how AI is transforming the financial sector and the architecture of digital services, while Anna Werner-Maliszewska will focus on how leaders can build resilience in a world of accelerating automation. These are just part of a broader discussion about a technology that is redefining nearly every area of the market.

A special guest of the event will be Agnieszka Radwańska, an outstanding tennis player and Wimbledon finalist, who will share her experience in handling pressure and building a competitive edge in the most demanding moments.

Design That Demands Responsibility

Another clear theme of the program is responsible design in the mobile environment. Many talks will revisit issues of security, regulation, and the impact of UX decisions on real user experiences.

Krzysztof Ścira will address accessibility and legal compliance in app design, Laura Lipska will highlight the fine line between intuitive interfaces and the risk of misuse, and Kamil Porembiński will remind us how much information about users remains in their digital footprint. Together, these voices create a broader reflection that innovation without responsibility can generate real risks.

Marketing and E-commerce Put Narratives to the Test

In the areas of marketing and e-commerce, the program focuses on confronting trends with real-world practice. Talks in this part of the agenda combine data, experience, and a critical perspective on industry trends.

Tomasz Kwiatkowski will draw on large-scale e-commerce experience to show which strategies truly translate into sales results. Janina Bąk will analyze the mechanisms behind effective brand–creator collaborations, while Kama Kotowska will focus on building trust and conversion in the mobile environment. Monika Mikowska’s talk will complement this theme by exploring the relationship between technology and people in digital communication.

Leadership in Times of Rapid Change

Technology remains a tool—the key role is played by people. The anniversary edition program also includes a broad segment dedicated to management and organizational culture. In the context of growing technological pressure, the need for mature leadership is becoming increasingly evident.

Kamil Kozieł will discuss how to leverage non-obvious opportunities in business strategy, while Paweł Sala will show how to combine high performance with long-term team resilience. Against the backdrop of fifteen years of industry development, it is clear that the pace of technological change requires an equally mature approach to leadership.

Mobile Trends Awards – Projects That Set the Standard

An integral part of the event is the Mobile Trends Awards Gala—recognized as one of the most important distinctions in the Polish mobile industry. This year, 69 projects have been nominated across 13 categories, and users cast nearly 100,000 votes in the public voting. The final winners are selected by a jury of respected industry experts, combining expert evaluation with the voice of the community.

The gala serves as a summary of the most interesting implementations of recent months and an opportunity to honor teams that genuinely impact user experience and market standards.
