The POS STARS competition takes place annually in September, as part of the Marketing Festival trade show. A significant portion of the EXPO XXI Warsaw venue is dedicated to showcasing the submitted displays. This year marks the 17th edition of the event.

A panel of professional judges will evaluate all projects and select the best POS materials across various categories. Additionally, visitors at the trade show will have the opportunity to cast their vote and choose the Audience Award winner. The POS that receives the highest score from the Jury will also be awarded the prestigious GRAND PRIX.

New this year: Two weeks before the event, there will be an online voting session, giving the public a chance to support their favorite designs.

POS entries can be submitted in 18 categories:
Beverages, Food, Alcohol, Cosmetics, Electronics, Cardboard Displays, Counter Displays, Shelf Decoration, Automotive, Digital POS, Design of the Year, Industry, Pharmacy, POS Event, Kids, Entertainment, Eco POS, and Pets POS.

Contest results will be announced on the first day of the Marketing Festival – September 17, 2025, during a gala evening ceremony. A special surprise awaits all attendees: a live concert by a well-known artist!
