This year’s edition is particularly significant as it is the first held during the presidency of Karol Nawrocki. The winners will receive their statuettes from the President of the Republic of Poland during the official Gala of the President of the Republic of Poland’s Economic Award.

Four Main Award Categories

In the 23rd edition, the President of the Republic of Poland’s Economic Award will be presented in four main categories:

New Technologies – for research teams, scientific institutions, companies and startups that implement new technologies as well as product or technological innovations.

National Success – for Polish companies operating for at least 5 years that achieve sustainable growth and development, demonstrate economic success and strengthen their position on the domestic market.

International Success – for Polish companies operating for at least 5 years that achieve significant success in international markets.

Family Business – for Polish micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that are family-owned businesses, registered and operating in Poland for at least 15 years.

The President of the Republic of Poland may also grant an Individual Award and a Special Award.

A New Nomination Process

The nomination process has changed in 2026. For the first time in the history of the competition, nominations are accepted exclusively online, via a dedicated application form available on the prezydent.pl website.

Companies and teams whose achievements deserve special recognition are encouraged to be nominated – including those that may not yet be widely known, but whose everyday activities create jobs, drive investment, develop new technologies, enter new international markets and strengthen the potential of the Polish economy.

Nomination Deadline

Nominations can be submitted until 20 September 2026.
