PIAP General Assembly 2026 – Summary of the First Year of the Current Board’s Term
On May 27, 2026, the General Assembly of Members of the Polish Chamber of Promotional Products (PIAP) took place in Poznań. The meeting was held in the conference facilities of Hotel Ilonn and was conducted in a hybrid format, allowing members to participate both in person and online.
This year’s General Assembly was particularly significant, as it marked the first meeting summarizing a full year of activity by the current PIAP Board, elected in 2025. As such, it was not only an opportunity to fulfill the Chamber’s statutory obligations, but also a moment to reflect on the organization’s development and the results of initiatives undertaken over the past year.
A Year of Intensive Work and New Initiatives
One of the key agenda items was a review of PIAP’s most important activities carried out throughout 2025 and during the first months of 2026. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the Board’s achievements, ongoing projects, and initiatives that contributed to the continued development of the Chamber and the integration of the promotional products industry.
The past months have been a period of intensive activity for the organization. PIAP consistently expanded its member-focused initiatives, strengthened industry cooperation, and implemented projects aimed at building a strong and integrated community of companies operating within the promotional products market. Particular attention was given to industry events organized by the Chamber, including the second edition of the PIAP Connect series, which once again created a valuable space for face-to-face meetings, networking, and the exchange of experiences among industry professionals.
Looking Ahead
As always, the General Assembly also provided an opportunity to discuss the future of the organization and plans for the months ahead. Members discussed the challenges facing the promotional products industry, the future direction of PIAP, and initiatives that can further support companies operating in the market. One of the most valuable aspects of the meeting was the direct exchange of opinions and experiences among Chamber members. It is through the active engagement of entrepreneurs that PIAP can effectively respond to the needs of the industry and implement initiatives that deliver tangible value to its members.
Appreciation for Members and the Audit Committee
The PIAP Board would like to thank all participants for their attendance, active involvement in the discussions, and commitment to the continued development of the organization. Special thanks also go to the Audit Committee for its cooperation and contribution to the proper functioning of the Chamber. The attendance and engagement demonstrated during this year’s General Assembly once again confirmed that PIAP is an organization built by people who are committed to advancing the industry, fostering relationships, and jointly developing solutions that respond to the evolving needs of the market.
Moving Forward with New Energy
The first year of the current Board’s term has shown how much can be achieved through cooperation, consistency, and the commitment of Chamber members. PIAP has many more projects, events, and initiatives ahead that will continue to support the development of the promotional products industry in Poland. We would like to thank all members for their trust and for helping build this community together. We move forward into the coming months with new ideas, renewed energy, and ambitious plans for the continued growth of the Polish Chamber of Promotional Products.
