PIAP Connect & Knowledge 2026 and Festiwal Marketingu – Two Days Full of Meetings, Knowledge and Conversations About the Industry (See the Photo Gallery)
September in Warsaw was all about marketing, advertising and industry meetings. On 16 and 17 September, Festiwal Marketingu took place at EXPO XXI, with the second edition of the PIAP Connect & Knowledge 2026 conference being one of the key highlights of the second day.
The event brought together around 200 participants, who came not only to hear from experts, but above all to meet people from the industry, exchange experiences and talk about what B2B business looks like today.
Festiwal Marketingu – two days of industry meetings
Once again, Festiwal Marketingu created a space where visitors could discover new solutions, meet representatives of companies from the marketing and advertising industry, and talk to people they often communicate with exclusively online.
PIAP was present at the Festival with its own stand. Over the two days, it welcomed PIAP members, partners, industry representatives and people interested in the Chamber’s activities. There was no shortage of conversations about the market, everyday challenges, new ideas and, of course, opportunities to meet in person with people from the industry.
At the PIAP stand, Unique Choice, a PIAP member company, took care of the coffee. It was one of those small details that made people want to stay a little longer – grab a coffee and simply have a conversation.
However, the most important PIAP event during the Festival was the PIAP Connect & Knowledge 2026 conference.
“Not Just a Promotional Product. How to Sell Value, Relationships and Brand in B2B?”
The second edition of the conference took place on 17 September at EXPO XXI in Warsaw. Its central theme addressed a question that is becoming increasingly important in B2B sales and marketing: how do we stop focusing solely on the product and start selling its actual value?
The programme was built around four different perspectives – sales, marketing, communication and management.
Paweł Kobusiński: From Contact to Contract
The conference opened with Paweł Kobusiński, founder of GetSales, who addressed one of the most practical challenges companies face after trade shows and industry events.
Because simply gaining a contact does not mean gaining a sale.
His presentation, “From Contact to Contract. How Not to Lose Leads After Trade Shows and Turn Conversations into Sales,” focused on what happens to a lead after the initial conversation. How can the process be organised? How can valuable contacts be prevented from getting lost in the rush of everyday work? And how can new technologies be used to genuinely support sales?
It was a particularly relevant topic for Festiwal Marketingu participants, who themselves had two days to acquire new contacts and have dozens of conversations.
Emilia Gawryluk: The Same Product, Different Customers
Next, the stage welcomed Emilia Gawryluk, a business practitioner, manager and consultant.
Her presentation, “The Same Product, Different Customers. How to Adapt Communication in B2B Sales,” showed why effective sales communication cannot always follow the same pattern.
The same product can be perceived completely differently by different customers. Their needs, decision-making processes, key arguments and even the language that resonates with them may vary.
The presentation highlighted an important principle: effective sales does not begin with saying more about the product. It begins with better understanding the person on the other side of the conversation.
Magdalena Bielińska: Sales Without Constant Pressure
The next perspective came from Magdalena Bielińska, a business psychologist.
Her presentation, “Sales Under Pressure. How to Deliver Results Without Burnout and Micromanagement,” focused on an aspect of sales that is often discussed far less – the people responsible for delivering those results.
How do you work with pressure? How do you build accountability without constantly controlling your team? How do you achieve targets without leading people towards burnout?
It added an important dimension to the earlier presentations: behind every sales process are people, their emotions, motivation and ways of working.
Paweł Tkaczyk: Not Just a Promotional Product
The conference concluded with Paweł Tkaczyk, marketing expert and special guest of the event.
His presentation, “Not Just a Promotional Product. How to Sell Value, Relationships and Brand,” returned to the central theme of the entire conference.
A promotional product can simply be a product. But it can also be a brand communication tool, part of an experience, a way of building relationships or a carrier of specific value for the recipient.
And this was one of the strengths of the conference: rather than focusing exclusively on products themselves, the speakers explored the broader context – sales, marketing, communication, relationships and the people behind the business.
It Wasn't Just About the Stage – The Conversations Mattered Too
The conference programme was intensive and packed with practical knowledge. But PIAP Connect & Knowledge was about much more than presentations.
Between sessions, participants had plenty of opportunities for conversations, networking and exchanging experiences. Attendance was strong, the room was full, and conversations continued during the breaks.
That combination of knowledge and relationships was one of the most important elements of the event.
Partners Who Made the Event Possible
The conference was made possible thanks to the involvement of numerous companies and organisations.
OOH magazine and Festiwal Marketingu, together with EXPO XXI, provided the space where we could host the conference and connect it with one of Warsaw’s key industry events.
adsystem was responsible for the conference room setup, using its exhibition systems to create the event space.
Salem Design Studio supported the visual promotion of the event.
The conference was also supported by our media partners and patrons: Marketer+, Liderzy Innowacyjności, Radio Kolor 103 FM, Krajowa Izba Gospodarcza, Mobile Trends, GJC International and VIP Magazyn.
Our PIAP member companies also contributed to the event by providing products for participant gift packs. As a result, every conference participant could leave not only with a head full of new ideas, but also with a gift pack prepared together with companies associated with PIAP.
The Second Edition Is Over. But the Conversations Continue
PIAP Connect & Knowledge 2026 was the second edition of the conference organised by the Polish Chamber of Promotional Products (PIAP). This year's event showed that the industry needs not only new products and offers, but above all spaces where people can talk about how to grow their businesses, build relationships and better understand their customers.
Around 200 participants, four speakers, a full room, dozens of conversations and a huge amount of valuable information – that was the second edition of PIAP Connect & Knowledge.
And although the conference has come to an end, its most important part is only beginning to work: the knowledge, contacts and ideas that participants took back to their companies.
Thank you to all participants, speakers, partners, media patrons, PIAP member companies and everyone involved in making the event happen. See you next time.
