DTF, DTG, Sublimation or UV? See Them in Action, Compare and Calculate

Choosing a decoration technology is not a matter of preference, but of cost-effectiveness and production capabilities. The final calculation depends on factors such as production volume, number of colours, substrate type, and turnaround time. The same T-shirt produced using sublimation, DTF, or screen printing can result in three different production costs.

At Festival Marketing 2026, at the Epson I8 booth, experts from API.PL and Epson will demonstrate each of these technologies in practice and help visitors analyse costs and potential return on investment for their businesses.

The following printers will be demonstrated:

  • Epson SC-G6000 — DTF production
  • Epson SC-F2200 and SC-F1000 — DTF and DTG printing
  • Epson SC-F100 and SC-F500 — sublimation
  • Epson SC-V1000 — UV printing for decoration and personalisation

Visitors will be able to see complete production processes, explore finished applications, and compare the results of different technologies under the same conditions. It is an opportunity to evaluate the solutions in practice — something a product catalogue alone cannot provide.

API.PL experts will also discuss solutions for companies whose production requirements are beginning to exceed the capabilities of their current equipment. The development options presented will include large-format DTF with a powder shaker, automatic screen printing, and UV DTF for 3D patches. API.PL supports customers at every stage of production development — from their first machine to a complete production line.
